ICC Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees ICC Publication No. 758The revised Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees, URDG 758, will come into force on 1 July. To help you promote the new rules, we have prepared a special flyer for you. Please let me know how many flyers you need and I will send them to you immediately.

Currently, 12 National Committees are working on translations of the URDG 758. The French-English edition will be available from ICC HQ in May. If you are interested in translating the URDG 758, please fill in the translation request form and send it back to Ms. Marie-Dominique Fraidérik at mfk@iccwbo.org or by fax at +33 1 49 53 29 02.
